Albert Gurevich, Esq. is a successful New York City estate attorney who handles estate administration and probate, as well as complex estate and guardianship litigation. Mr. Gurevich offers his services to the court as a referee, court evaluator, guardian and fiduciary.

Mr. Gurevich focuses his practice on contested estate litigation and on administration of complex estates. His heavy favorites are estates involving contests over difficult to valuate assets such as companies, works of art and assets with intangible value. He is also involved in contested guardianships.

On the transactional side, Mr. Gurevich assists individuals with devising and implementing a defensive estate plan and with protecting entitlement to Medicaid and other government benefits through the use of trusts and exempt transfers.

Mr. Gurevich is admitted to New York's State Courts and to the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, in which he is a member of the estate law section.

Mr. Gurevich has appeared on national radio shows and has been invited to participate as a judge in Moot Court competitions. He is thoroughly familiar with New York's estate and guardianship law and stays on top of the latest legal developments in those fields. Mr. Gurevich has authored numerous articles on New York estate and guardianship law topics.

Jennifer Sayad, Esq. earned her Law degree from Pace University School of Law. She is admitted to the Bar of both New York and New Jersey. She is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, Brooklyn Bar Association, Bay Ridge Lawyer's Association, and New Jersey State Bar Association.
